Mountain Brook Farm Sale
Jon Thieman is the owner of Mountain Brook Farm property and residence. Wade Boelter assists in management and this includes advertising and sales. Jon was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a couple years ago in the Spring of 2024 and is no longer working self employment. Jon and Wade have sold all the horses and are now selling farm items that need to go. This includes horse tack, saddles, bits, bridles, carriages and horse trailer. Other farm equipment, home construction materials, farm machinery, automobiles and tools will also eventually be inventoried, itemized and listed for sale. If you’re looking for horse tack for sale you’ve come to the right place. We are going to do this old school until we’ve found the best way to process sales and protect your securities. This means you need to message us by email or through the website here and be sure to fill out your contact information so we can reply. All sales are processed by Wade Boelter using, credit card, Venmo, Pay Pal or any CashApp you’re comfortable with. Once your payment is received Wade will ship your items to you by mail. Most of our prices include shipping unless otherwise noted. In some cases you may need to come to us to pick up your items such as Carriages and large shipping items. I think I can create a waiting list which would require a deposit for items you plan to pick up in person. You can then pay in full at the time of departure. When I ship small items I’ll most likely insure them. All sales will be final and sold as is used or like new. We’re not a retail store. We are downsizing our property due to health problems. Deposits will be non-refundable.
